Position: Inventory Associate

4401 Fortune Place, West Melbourne Florida 32904

Duration: 3-6+ Months

Client: Blue Origin

Receive, inspect, stock, and issue MRO materials including spare parts, consumables, tools, and safety supplies

Kit parts to work orders. To include physically pulling, packaging, labeling and electronically transacting parts from inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/CMMS systems (e.g.,Maximo, or equivalent)

Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner

Monitor min/max inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts

Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement to source MRO items

Organize and maintain storeroom cleanliness, labeling, and layout following 5S standards

Track and manage shelf-life controlled items, hazardous materials, and calibrated tools in compliance with applicable regulations

Support maintenance teams by fulfilling parts requests efficiently
