We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support professional to provide onsite and remote technical support for end users in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology issues, supporting business-critical applications, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users across hardware, software, network, and application environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, application, and connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
Assist with system monitoring, user account administration, and incident resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Document support activities, technical procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple support requests and priorities.
Required
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support in a help desk, desktop support, or IT support environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server environments
Active Directory administration
Microsoft Office Suite
SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Virtualization technologies and Citrix environments
Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Microsoft Visio and technical documentation tools
Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Windows Server) or other relevant technical certifications.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and clinical systems.
