Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of enterprise software and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience coordinating software delivery projects, working with cross‑functional technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software implementation and digital transformation projects.
Coordinate with internal technical teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk registers, and project status reports.
Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization.
Facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support requirement gathering, scope management, and change request tracking.
Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management.
Collaborate closely with delivery managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience managing or coordinating software delivery/IT projects.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects.
CAPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
