Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Operator to support daily data collection and documentation activities in a structured onsite environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, retail operations, or laboratory support who are comfortable following established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and record daily operational data accurately.
Complete checklists and maintain organized documentation.
Monitor routine activities and report any issues to the appropriate team.
Follow established procedures and work instructions.
Ensure records are updated and organized throughout the shift.
Communicate professionally with team members and onsite staff.
Qualifications
High school diploma or graduate.
1–2+ years of experience in customer service, data collection, data entry, administrative support, retail, or similar operational roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable following step-by-step procedures.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
