Berg Media Digital is looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Karachi.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis . You will work across client projects, helping plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital campaigns focused on increasing visibility, traffic, leads, and customer acquisition.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to develop practical experience across multiple industries and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and support Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and competitor analysis.
Support on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Perform keyword research and assist with SEO content strategies.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads, and campaign performance.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
Assist with social media marketing and content planning.
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular SEO and digital marketing performance reports.
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a related role preferred.
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
Understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and marketing data.
Basic understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team.
