Senior Estimator
A well-respected and growing industrial contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its expanding preconstruction team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the pursuit and delivery of complex ground-up industrial developments, working closely with executive leadership to drive bidding strategy, commercial positioning, and project selection. Key
Lead full-cycle estimating for large-scale industrial construction projects
Develop competitive and commercially sound bid strategies
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost analyses
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, operations, and leadership teams
Evaluate project risks, opportunities, and market conditions
Support go/no-go decisions and strategic project pursuits
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems
Ideal Background
