We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven
Recruiter / Staffing Consultant
to join our Phoenix team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by helping candidates and clients achieve their goals.

As a Recruiter / Staffing Consultant, you'll play a key role in matching qualified talent with leading employers throughout the Phoenix market.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for client opportunities
Conduct reference checks and coordinate employment onboarding activities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Client & Candidate Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with candidates and client companies
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
Understand client workforce needs and provide staffing solutions that create value
Business Development & Sales
Support business growth through prospecting, client visits, networking, and outbound sales activities
Present staffing solutions and workforce strategies to prospective clients
Partner with local businesses to understand hiring challenges and develop customized solutions
Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates
What We're Looking For
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new clients and candidates
Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Existing connections within the Phoenix business community are a plus
