Job Description

Lead the launch and growth of a new Nashville operation, overseeing all aspects of branch development and daily operations.

Recruit, develop, and manage subcontractor teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Take full ownership of branch P&L, financial performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Build strong relationships with residential builders, contractors, and key customers throughout the market.

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish a successful long-term operation.

5–7+ years of leadership experience in construction, installed building products, specialty contracting, or a related industry.

Proven experience managing field operations, installation crews, or subcontractor teams.

Strong financial acumen with P&L management and demonstrated business growth.

Experience launching, expanding, or turning around a branch or business operation (preferred).

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build relationships, develop teams, and operate independently.

Experience working with residential builders or high-volume construction projects (preferred).
