Job Description

Manage product complaints from receipt through investigation and closure.

Review complaint information, investigate potential causes, and document findings in the quality system.

Evaluate and troubleshoot returned products to help determine what happened.

Partner with engineering, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and customer support teams.

Identify recurring issues and support quality improvements.

Assist with related quality activities, including CAPA, audits, and process improvements.

Ideal

3+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, technical support, product investigations, or a medical device environment.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Experience with complaint handling, product returns, or medical devices is highly preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
