Schedule- Sat/Sun 2x12 hour shifts- Schedule is negotiable, every other weekend.

There may be availability to pick up additional shifts at various locations.

$40/hour

Executive Security Officer (ESO)

Clark International is seeking a professional, self-driven, and dependable candidate to fill an Executive Security Officer position within a corporate environment in the Omaha, NE area. The ESO is a high-level security professional who is assigned to corporate environments. The role requires expertise in threat response, proactive security measures, and team management. This role is a plain clothes role and requires building a good working relationship with the client and their team. Candidates should be proficient in both hard skills and soft skills and be physically fit. Candidates must possess pistol certification that aligns with Certified LE pistol qualification standards.

Required Qualifications

Physically fit, able and willing to use force as needed against a perpetrator

Minimum 3 years in armed security, military or law enforcement

Excellent communication skills

Ability to dress and present yourself professionally in all situations.

Current pistol qualification congruent with local law enforcement POST standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in close protection or executive security roles

Experience supervising teams

Background in emergency response teams

Military with leadership experience, including NCO roles or leadership billets

Experience advising corporate executives

Experience in a customer service environment

College Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or similar

Responsibilities

Armed Security Response

Serve as an armed agent prepared to handle lethal force situations anywhere on the campus.

Provide immediate response to safety and security incidents on the property.

React swiftly and effectively to serious threats.

Provide first aid to client staff and visitors until elevated treatment can be obtained.

Client Support

Coordinate with management to address building needs and fulfill client service requests.

Ensure the secure arrival and departure of the client(s).

Emergency Monitoring

Oversee building emergency systems (e.g., fire alarms, weather alerts) and ensure prompt reporting and response.

Operate and review access control systems and camera systems.
