We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven
Healthcare Sales Manager
to drive new client acquisition, strengthen referral relationships, and expand our presence throughout Miami-Dade County.
This is a hands-on, field-based sales position for a professional who enjoys developing new business, building meaningful relationships, and achieving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies focused on generating new clients and increasing agency revenue.
Pursue new business opportunities, primarily in Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance (LTC), and VA-funded home care services.
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, physicians, geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular in-person visits with prospective and existing referral partners throughout Miami-Dade County.
Generate qualified leads and collaborate with intake and clinical teams to convert referrals into new client admissions.
Develop and manage a structured sales territory and referral pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, and follow-ups using CRM.
Monitor sales performance, client conversions, and revenue growth.
Represent BrightStar Care at networking events, professional meetings, and community functions.
Meet established business development and performance expectations.
Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales or business development experience in home care, home health, senior care, or a related healthcare field.
Proven track record of generating referrals, acquiring new clients, and increasing revenue.
Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and consistently achieve results.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance.
Established referral relationships within Miami-Dade County.
Familiarity with VA community care programs.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$85,000 annually.
Performance-Based Incentives:
Up to $20,000 annually based on established business development objectives.
Total Potential Annual Compensation:
$105,000.
Paid time off.
Mileage reimbursement.

What We're Looking For We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who takes ownership of business development results.
The ideal candidate is comfortable spending significant time in the field, developing referral relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting those opportunities into new clients.
This is not a desk-based management position.
Success requires initiative, consistent follow-up, strong relationship-building skills, and demonstrated sales results.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, including an
