The SVP, Commercial Banking Officer provides strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Bank’s Commercial Lending team, combining team development with direct responsibility for managing and growing an individual commercial loan portfolio.
Lead and coordinate the lending and business development activities of Commercial Loan Officers.
Coach and develop team members to support individual performance and team success.
Promote consistent credit practices and ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Develop, maintain, and grow an individual commercial loan portfolio.
Support the overall quality and profitability of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio.
Help achieve commercial loan, deposit, fee income, and client retention goals.
