Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day SAP SD activities and respond to user queries.
Understand, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of basic SAP user issues.
Maintain customer master data in accordance with the approved authorization matrix.
Monitor Business Partner (BP) data and customer records within the SAP SD module.
Support customer master data maintenance, including sales area data, partner functions, and other relevant sales information, subject to authorized access.
Monitor the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and coordinate with relevant departments to identify pending or delayed transactions.
Prepare and maintain periodic sales reports, MIS reports, and other management information.
Monitor sales data accuracy and identify discrepancies between SAP records and reporting files, coordinating corrections with relevant teams.
Assist users in understanding standard SAP SD procedures and complying with approved business processes.
Support users during new process implementations, system updates, and changes to existing procedures.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT teams to facilitate smooth sales operations and timely resolution of operational issues.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date sales information to support business reporting and decision-making.
Demonstrate effective communication and coordination skills while providing timely support to internal users.
