Berg Media Digital is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our client base and identify new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and helping convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

The role is focused primarily on selling web development, custom software, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and other digital solutions to potential local and international clients.

The role is focused primarily on selling web development, custom software, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and other digital solutions to potential local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, referrals, and other channels.
Approach potential clients and introduce Berg Media Digital's services professionally.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
Arrange and participate in discovery calls and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Work toward monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Coordinate with development, design, and marketing teams for project estimates and proposals.
Research international markets, competitors, industries, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in business development, IT sales, software sales, or a related role preferred.
Good understanding of web development, software, SEO, and digital marketing services.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead generation.
Ability to communicate confidently with local and international clients.
Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM or sales pipeline management is preferred.
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward targets.
Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
