Job Description

Answer inbound calls and chats for businesses in the United States. No cold calling and no sales targets, at our office in Lahore Cantt.

Our agents answer calls and chats in each client's own business name: booking appointments and rides, taking messages, answering questions and helping customers with their orders.

This is an inbound job. We do not do cold calling or telemarketing. If your English is good and you enjoy helping people, we will train you.

What you will do:

Answer inbound calls in the client's business name, using their greeting and scripts.

Book appointments, reservations and rides in the client's own system.

Take clear, complete messages and pass them to the right person.

Answer customer questions and solve simple problems on the first call.

Reply to live chat on clients' websites.

Follow each client's rules for urgent calls and escalations.

Requirement: good English communication skills. Training is provided.

Full-time: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, on US time. On-site at our office in Lahore Cantt. Walk-in interviews Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
