Role Description

This full-time Sales Specialist role is an on-site position based in Lahore. The Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable vehicle options. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining pricing and financing options, preparing quotations, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the management and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Specialist is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management abilities, such as coaching junior staff, supporting sales processes, and contributing to team performance.
Experience in automotive sales or related retail sectors is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Lahore, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software is preferred.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
