Hollywood, FL | In-Person, Mon-Fri | $21 /hr | Contract-to-Hire

A well established and growing wholesale distributor of high-end home products with a close-knit, collaborative team that cares about their people is hiring an Accounts Payable Processor. This is a high-volume, hands-on role where accuracy matters, with a path to a permanent position for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Process high-volume invoices and complete 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with purchasing, receiving, and warehouse teams

Follow up on outstanding invoices and credits with domestic and international vendors

Make sure approved invoices are paid on time according to terms

Keep AP records organized, accurate, and up to date

Support month-end close and audit requests

Answer vendor payment questions and keep strong vendor relationships

What You Bring

1+ years of AP or accounting experience, ideally in wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing

Strong understanding of invoice matching, payment terms, and vendor reconciliation

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organization

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven setting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

International vendor experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience is considered
