Job Description

Our client is a Professional Services / Financial Advisory firm and they are looking to hire a Recruiting Manager. They are operating in a hybrid model of 4x on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting from candidate engagement through close, ensuring quality and consistency

Build relationship-driven pipelines and recruit high-caliber professionals aligned with the firm's culture

Build and scale direct sourcing (market mapping, targeted outreach) while reducing agency reliance

Own recruiting metrics: pipeline strength, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and hiring effectiveness

Standardize processes and implement structured tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights

Develop and coach recruiting coordinator(s) and drive accountability across all stakeholders

Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

4+ years of recruiting experience in professional services

Must have at least 2 years of recruiting experience at an accounting/tax firm

Proven success recruiting across leadership, advisory, business development, and operational roles

Strong understanding of financial advisory, accounting, and tax talent markets

Track record of reducing agency reliance through internal recruiting capabilities

Data-driven with strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated leadership: setting expectations, driving accountability, developing teams

Superior communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence senior leaders

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000, + bonus, commensurate with experience.
