United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Servers to join their Team at Bar Symon located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins AirportResponsibilities
Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
Collecting payments (cash, card, etc.), and issuing receipts accurately.
Providing guests service, which includes greeting the guest, suggestively offering items and meals, and answering questions.
Comprehensive menu knowledge.
Suggestive selling and driving check averages.
Maintain section cleanliness and complete side work.
Work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Job
Stands for long periods
Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
