Pay Range: $36 - $38/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience

Must have skills: -Recruiter, Financial Services, Audit Readiness

2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, and recruitment operations.

Experience supporting candidate screening, resume review, interview coordination, requisition management, or related recruitment activities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate judgment and discretion.

Demonstrated ability to identify issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and follow through on corrective actions.

Understanding of Department of Labor regulations and employment compliance requirements.

Experience working within a compliance-focused or highly regulated environment.

Experience supporting risk identification, controls, audits, or documentation-quality reviews.

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, and recruitment workflows.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
