What You’ll Do:

Book and manage dedicated lanes across carrier accounts

Own day-to-day execution for a high-volume account base of dedicated and private fleets

Monitor and manage 100+ daily pickups and deliveries

Communicate consistently with carriers and internal Avenue reps

Troubleshoot delays, appointment changes, and service issues in real time

Ensure top-tier service and execution across all shipments

Navigate multiple internal systems to manage freight efficiently

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years of experience in freight transportation (3PL experience preferred)

Has strong communication and problem-solving skills

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Is detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership

The pay range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set and depth of experience.
