We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Coordinator to support key business initiatives, operational processes, and cross-functional projects. This role serves as a critical partner to leadership teams by coordinating activities, managing documentation, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure successful execution of strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and enjoys solving problems while improving operational efficiency.
Key
Coordinate and support business initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.
Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Document business processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
Partner with leadership to monitor project progress and manage business priorities.
Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and workflow tracking tools.
Support change management and implementation activities for business programs.
Build strong relationships across business, technology, and operational teams.
Required
3+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, program support, or related functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Financial services, banking, consulting, or corporate operations experience.
