Akkodis is seeking a

Buyer

for a

Contract

job with a client in

Bothell, WA & Marysville, WA . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the

Aerospace/Manufacturing Industry.

Rate Range:

$37.00- $42.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job responsibilities include

Coordinates activities involved with procuring, tracking, and expediting goods and services such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts and supplies.

Schedules and tracks the material deliveries based upon aircraft modification schedules and maintenance requirements.

Confers with vendors to obtain product, data, or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.

Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with the procurement of raw materials, standards, parts and commodities related to VIP aircraft interiors.

Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

This position requires the use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
