Join dsm-firmenich's state-of-the-art Animal Nutrition and Health facility as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Tonganoxie, KS. Play a vital part in logistics operations, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes that support animal nutrition innovation. Responsibilities - Process and manage documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate and timely records. - Perform post goods issues for incoming materials, updating inventory systems for precise stock tracking. - Maintain organized shipment records to support compliance and traceability requirements. - Execute core warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and labeling of materials. - Accurately label shipments using PCS stickers in accordance with company guidelines. - Assist with sampling activities for quality control and inventory management. - Document stock changes and update inventory records. - Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with warehouse team members. Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 6 months' experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination. - Proficiency with inventory management and shipping/receiving procedures. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts). - Effective communication skills for teamwork and cross-department coordination. - Physical Fit Test required. Preferred Skills - Experience with documentation and digital inventory systems. - Exposure to quality control and compliance processes.
