Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Accountant

to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This role is ideal for a professional with strong knowledge of general accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

Analyze financial data and prepare internal reports for management

Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledgers

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation

Identify process improvement opportunities and help enhance accounting procedures

Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of accounting experience preferred

Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting processes

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
