We're seeking a Marketing Associate to support brand awareness, content development, digital marketing, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update marketing content, presentations, collateral, and social media posts
Manage social media scheduling, engagement tracking, and content planning
Support website updates and digital branding initiatives
Coordinate conferences, events, and marketing logistics
Develop internal communications, employee-focused content, and company announcements
Maintain SharePoint content and internal marketing resources
Manage branded merchandise, vendor relationships, inventory, and fulfillment
Track campaign performance and provide recommendations based on results
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3-5 years of B2B marketing, branding, content creation, or communications experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Strong writing, project management, and organizational skills
Experience with social media management and website content updates
Event planning experience is a plus
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite in Arlington, VA.
