Reston, VA (Hybrid – Onsite once a week)

Experience with ServiceNow
CRM modules preferred
; ITSM experience is acceptable.
8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development lifecycle.
Experience managing product roadmaps, product backlogs, release planning, and stakeholder expectations.
Ability to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and align solutions with business objectives.
Key
Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.
Ensure product functionality aligns with business needs.
Facilitate sprint planning, refinement sessions, and product reviews.
Identify opportunities, manage risks, and improve customer satisfaction.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
