UpCounting is seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead to manage 2–4 accountants across multiple eCommerce client files. You’ll own full-cycle accounting, review work, run a five-day month-end, and communicate directly with founders.
This remote role follows strict EST hours, 9am–5pm, with live client interactions. Candidates from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia are welcome to apply; prior US/Canada client experience is a plus; flexibility is required for multi-client deadlines.
