Manage
luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion and turnover
.
Oversee project
budgets, schedules, construction progress, and key milestones
.
Coordinate
subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, designers, engineers, and internal teams
.
Maintain exceptional standards for
quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
.
Review
plans, specifications, scopes of work, bids, contracts, and project documentation
.
Manage
estimating, buyout, procurement, change orders, invoices, and project costs
.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor
progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence
.
Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize
delays, rework, and cost impacts
.
Maintain strong communication with
homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams
throughout each project.
Experience as a
Project Manager in residential construction
, ideally within
luxury custom homebuilding
.
Strong experience managing
ground-up custom homes, major renovations, or high-end residential projects
.
Proven ability to manage
budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and project costs
.
Strong understanding of
residential construction processes, sequencing, and quality standards
.
Ability to read and interpret
construction plans, specifications, scopes, and architectural drawings
.
Experience coordinating with
architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
.
Strong knowledge of
South Florida construction practices, building codes, and permitting processes
preferred.
Excellent
leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to
high-quality craftsmanship
.
