CarterPierce is partnering with an established, growth-oriented middle-market private equity firm seeking to add a
Vice President
to its investment team in Denver. The firm focuses on control investments in high-growth businesses, with an emphasis on healthcare and related services.
Lead all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments.
Serve as a deal quarterback, coordinating diligence efforts, transaction execution, and cross-functional workstreams.
Develop investment theses, identify attractive subsectors, and build relationships with industry executives and intermediaries.
Partner with portfolio company management teams to execute strategic growth initiatives and drive value creation.
4 - 8 years of private equity, buy-side investing experience, with demonstrated transaction execution and deal leadership capabilities.
Experience in healthcare, business services, or technology is preferred but not required.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, lead teams, and work effectively with senior executives.
Proactive, intellectually curious, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
