Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of relevant engineering or industrial project experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Chemical Engineering backgrounds can also align
Experience coordinating installation and hookup of heavy industrial/process equipment
Ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, EHS/Safety, general contractors, subcontractors, and third-party engineering teams
Understanding of equipment utility and infrastructure requirements, including electrical and cooling needs
Ability to ensure equipment installations meet OEM specifications and standards
Knowledge of safety requirements associated with industrial equipment installation
Understanding of OSHA requirements in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial safety standards, including items such as handrails and equipment safety requirements
Job Description
Work on the factory engineering team supporting the installation of new manufacturing/process equipment
Coordinate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and EHS teams throughout equipment installations
Manage installation and hookup of heavy industrial process equipment across the site
Coordinate required utilities and infrastructure for new equipment, including electrical and cooling needs
Partner with general contractors, subcontractors, OEMs, and third-party engineering teams during installation
Ensure equipment is installed according to OEM requirements, engineering standards, and applicable safety requirements
Support phased expansion of the manufacturing facility, beginning with initial equipment arriving at the end of 2026
Support continued equipment installations and capacity expansion through 2028
