Job Purpose

Provide analytical and coordination support to the COO by gathering and analyzing business data, monitoring performance, coordinating with departmental stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of key initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the COO in monitoring business performance, KPIs, targets, and key initiatives across departments.

Gather, consolidate, and analyze business data to provide relevant insights for management decision-making.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and analysis as required.

Coordinate with Departmental Heads and relevant stakeholders to obtain information, resolve issues, and facilitate execution of assigned initiatives.

Track projects, action points, and management directives, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Support the COO in reviewing departmental performance, identifying gaps, and following up on agreed actions.

Maintain accurate and timely records, trackers, and status updates for key business initiatives.

Conduct analysis and provide support on business matters across sales and business operations.

Perform other business analysis and coordination activities assigned by the COO.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
