Infrastructure Service Owner (6-Month Contract, Remote)

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Service Owner to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of two key internal services:

Data Center Capacity Management

and

Technology Debt Management . This is a service and stakeholder management role, not a development role.

What you’ll do

Own service strategy, governance, and continuous improvement

Liaise with Business, Engineering, Operations, Vendors, and Leadership

Gather requirements, define processes, and set priorities

Work with engineering on a capacity management portal to anticipate shortages driven by rising AI demand

Evolve the existing Tech Debt portal: collect user feedback, prioritize enhancements, ensure data accuracy, and support testing, releases, and adoption

Monitor bugs and enhancement requests to improve the internal user experience
