We focus on consumer products businesses pursuing control buyout transactions.
We are seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst to own the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of investment reporting across the family's portfolio of alternative investments (private equity, venture capital, real assets, and direct holdings) and traditional brokerage holdings (equities and fixed income held at multiple institutional custodians). This is a reporting and oversight role, not a deal-sourcing or transaction execution position — the focus is on tracking, reconciling, and reporting on existing investments and holdings across entities, not evaluating or executing new deals. It is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building process in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Support the ongoing evaluation and buildout of the family office's reporting and portfolio management software/technology stack

This role does not include deal sourcing, due diligence, or transaction execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in investment reporting, fund accounting, portfolio administration, or a related role — family office, fund administrator, private bank, or RIA background preferred
Working knowledge of alternative investment structures (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds) including capital calls, distributions, and NAV/valuation concepts
Familiarity with brokerage/custodial statements for traditional holdings (equities and fixed income) and standard reconciliation practices
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large, multi-source datasets
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the discretion required to handle sensitive financial information
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work directly with external custodians, and advisors
Comfortable with evolving processes, a fast-paced environment and building structure where it is needed.
Exposure to family office or multi-entity reporting platforms (e.g., Addepar, Asset Vantage, Arch, or similar)
CFA, CPA, or progress toward either is a plus but not required
Reporting Structure & Work Environment
This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Finance and works within a lean, hands-on Finance team. There is no dedicated support staff for this position — the Analyst is expected to own their workstreams end-to-end, from data gathering through final reporting output, while coordinating closely with external fund administrators, custodians, and wealth management, tax, and legal advisors.
The role is based in the firm's downtown Fort Lauderdale office on a 4-days-in-office, 1-day-remote schedule.
