Prevail Recruiting is partnering with a growing energy hardware company seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, launches, campaigns, content, and sales enablement. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll help introduce innovative physical products to new markets and build the marketing systems that support commercial growth. This is a builder role—not a position focused solely on strategy or managing agencies.
Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for technical hardware products.
Launch new products into markets where customers may be unfamiliar with the company or technology.
Personally develop website content, campaigns, technical collateral, case studies, presentations, and sales tools.
Lead marketing initiatives across email, LinkedIn, trade shows, digital channels, and PR.
Manage website optimization, SEO, lead generation, and pipeline reporting through HubSpot or similar platforms.
Use AI and automation to streamline content creation, workflows, and reporting.
Partner with engineering and sales to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
Required Skills
5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, energy, hardware, capital equipment, or construction-related products.
Proven experience launching physical products or technical product lines into new markets.
Strong hands-on writing, campaign execution, technical content, and sales enablement experience.
Experience with CRM platforms, demand generation, marketing analytics, and measuring revenue impact.
An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to personally execute in a lean, fast-moving environment.
Pay range and compensation package
Phoenix, AZ — Full-time onsite; relocation considered.
Compensation: $110K–$170K total cash (base + bonus), depending on experience, plus equity.
