Job Description

We are looking for motivated and performance-driven professionals to join our dynamic sales team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, evaluate their eligibility for various benefits, and provide customized information that meets their specific needs. The position demands a strong focus on meeting clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, client engagement, and revenue goals. Success requires disciplined follow-up, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions while consistently achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their needs and eligibility.
Assess client information to determine appropriate benefit options.
Deliver tailored benefit information and solutions aligned with client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
Meet or exceed established KPIs related to lead conversion, engagement, and revenue generation.
Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business objectives.
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Ability to work night shifts is mandatory.
Proficiency in English is required to communicate clearly and professionally.
Must be located in or willing to work in Rawalpindi Satellite Town.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients effectively.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
