Minimum Qualifications
Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O functional support experience
Strong knowledge of:
General Ledger
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Cash & Bank Management
Fixed Assets
Financial Reporting
Period close / core finance processes
Ability to troubleshoot configuration, posting, transactions and application behavior
Understanding of roles/security and Finance application configuration
Experience handling production/customer issues
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
Good to Have Skills
Project Accounting / Project Operations
Expense management / Timesheets
Number sequences and workflows
Country/localization experience
Understanding of F&O integrations with Dataverse / Power Platform
Exposure to Dual-write and data entities
