Tool Designer / Mechanical Designer

Integrity Tool is looking for an experienced Tool Designer / Mechanical Designer
who enjoys solving real manufacturing problems and seeing designs become finished products.
This is a hands-on design position where you'll work closely with customers, machinists, fabricators, and other designers throughout the process, from initial concept through final build.
What You'll Do
Design precision tooling, fixtures, gages, and custom equipment
Develop practical solutions to manufacturing challenges
Create accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings
Apply GD&T and sound engineering practices
Collaborate directly with customers, designers, machinists, and fabricators
Support projects from initial concept through final build
What We're Looking For
3+ years of mechanical/tool design experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Working knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
Competency in GD&T and engineering drawings
Clear communication and a willingness to collaborate with the shop
An honest, trustworthy, and hardworking approach
