Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is hiring an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team in Reston, VA!
We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and is passionate about great food, team development, and operational excellence.
At Pisco y Nazca, we bring the bold flavors of Peru to life through fresh ingredients, scratch-made dishes, and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for a Sous Chef who takes pride in quality, consistency, and building a strong BOH team.
