Position Summary
Human Resources Business Partner
Key
Partner with onsite leadership to develop and implement workforce and talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management.
Drive workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
Champion employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Support recruiting and staffing strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Coach and develop leaders on performance management, employee development, and best HR practices.
Lead HR support for growth, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security for documents, information, and projects.
Skills &
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, operations, distribution, or a related environment
Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution expertise
Demonstrated experience in performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development and coaching
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change in a fast-paced environment
