Maintain and oversee
fund accounting records
, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare and review
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform
NAV calculations
and reconcile fund activity
Analyze
portfolio transactions
, including investments, income, and expenses
Coordinate with auditors and support
year-end audit processes
Assist with
capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
Monitor and reconcile
cash positions and investment activity
Identify opportunities for
process improvements and efficiencies
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
Strong background in
fund accounting
(required)
CPA, CPA-eligible, or actively pursuing CPA certification
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
