The Professional Services Project Manager is a senior role within the Global Professional Services organization, and acts as the primary orchestrator for complex, large-scale enterprise deployments of the IGEL OS ecosystem. The Professional Services Project Manager will work closely with the Technical Relationship Manager (TRMs where assigned within an account) and the wider CX, Solutions Architects (SA), Sales Account teams to ensure the business and technical commitments made prior to and during deployment are met. This role will also be responsible for managing defined and agreed scope, aligning with customer technical teams and stakeholders to keep project parameters on track and highlight any risks of scope creep.
