Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Platform Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem across an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft 365 & Power Platform strategy, governance, and lifecycle management.

Develop and implement enterprise governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

Manage platforms including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.

Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Innovation, and business stakeholders.

Support security, compliance, DLP, retention, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Microsoft 365 administration, platform governance, IT program management, or enterprise technology leadership.

Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform administration.

Experience establishing platform governance models and implementing DLP/retention policies.

Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
