Job Description

Cradle Welfare Organization (CWO) is a Karachi-based welfare trust established to deliver transparent, accountable support to people and communities in need. CWO is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support learning and personal development within its education-focused welfare initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with assigned learning objectives and student needs.

Prepare learning materials, activities, assignments, and assessments.

Monitor student participation, attendance, understanding, and academic progress.

Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students who need help.

Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.

Communicate appropriately with parents, guardians, and organizational staff regarding student development.

Maintain accurate lesson plans, assessment records, and progress records.

Job Specification

Strong lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student engagement skills.

Ability to explain concepts clearly using age-appropriate examples and activities.

Effective classroom management and positive behavior-support techniques.

Ability to assess learning, identify gaps, and adapt instruction accordingly.

Patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive education.

Clear written and verbal communication with students, families, and colleagues.

Good organization and accurate maintenance of attendance, assessment, and progress records.

Basic proficiency with educational technology, presentations, and digital learning resources.

Collaborative approach and willingness to support welfare and community-based education initiatives.
