Customer Service Representative

contract-to-hire opportunity
offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and the potential for long-term career growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and a demonstrated history of reliability and job stability.
Handle high-volume inbound customer calls, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes and procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet customer satisfaction and service level goals
Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced call center environment
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain a positive attitude and consistently provide high-quality customer service
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
Demonstrated job stability, ideally with at least one year of tenure in previous positions
Strong phone presence with a friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Compensation: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Shift availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
