I’m partnering with a leading, well-capitalised Florida developer to find a Construction Manager for a major high-rise residential project in Tampa that’s just getting under way. You’ll be the owner’s lead on site, keeping the GC accountable and driving the project from start to handover.

It’s a high-profile build with a developer that has a strong pipeline, offering real ownership and visibility at senior level.

The role

Owner’s lead on site, overseeing GC performance, schedule, budget and quality

Managing change orders, pay applications, RFIs and submittals

Leading owner-provided scopes, closeout and turnover

You’ll bring

10+ years in construction, with significant multifamily PM experience

Both GC and owner/developer-side experience

High-rise residential experience

Florida market experience and trade relationships

Procore, P6 or MS Project, and Bluebeam
