Job Description

Oversee daily on-site construction activities from project start through completion.

Manage subcontractors, coordinate

all trades

, and direct field personnel to maintain schedules and productivity.

Enforce job-site safety standards and company policies.

Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and quality requirements.

Lead job-site meetings, coordinate inspections, and work closely with the Project Manager to resolve field issues.

Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, punch lists, and field reports using construction management software.

Minimum of 15 years of construction experience with a General Contractor, including direct field supervision of large, luxury commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Proficiency with construction management and documentation software.

This is a field-based position requiring regular work on active construction sites.
