Nonprofit Supportive Housing Program

A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced

Clinical Coordinator

to provide clinical leadership and hands-on support within a supportive housing program. This role combines staff supervision, case management, and program oversight.

Key

Responsibilities

Supervise and support clinical case management staff.

Maintain a small caseload and provide supportive counseling and referrals.

Coordinate tenant referrals, intake, treatment needs, and community services.

Assist with crisis management using a trauma-informed approach.

Ensure accurate and timely case documentation.

Prepare required reports for government funders.

Support the Program Director with daily operations and provide leadership in their absence.

Participate in staff hiring, training, and team meetings.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in human services or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience considered.

Experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or case management.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and crisis-management skills.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on program needs.
