About Corgi
Corgi is building an AI financial infrastructure company with more than $350 million raised. We're hiring a Transition Management Associate to help institutional investors move assets between managers and strategies.
Support the end-to-end implementation of client asset transitions across global equity and fixed income portfolios
Coordinate with asset owners, custodian banks, and legacy and target asset managers
Coordinate trade implementation, monitor execution, and manage clearing, settlement and post-trade processes
Produce pre- and post-trade analytics and help identify and manage implementation risk
Help build internal procedures and tools that make the process more scalable and reduce operational risk
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
0.5 to 5 years of capital markets experience; exposure to trading, settlements, operations or compliance preferred
Working knowledge of capital markets, investment operations and trading workflows
Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills, and comfort working with large data sets
Clear written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage several workstreams at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Interest in using AI and other technology to automate workflows
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Series 7 and 63 registrations are required within six months of joining.
