Responsibilities

Developuserpersonas,userstories,interactionflows,andsitemaps/navigationsfortheproductinhand
Workwithdesignersandengineerstodevelopawireframe/prototypethatisclearandactionable
Decideonasetofproductfeaturesandwritespecifications/PRDsforaproductwithgreatdetailtodocumentfunctionalandaestheticaspectsofwhatneedstobebuilt.
Createwireframesoftheintendeduserexperiencetoguidetechteamstocomprehenduserexperience
Abilitytoanalyzeclickflowsandgenerateinsightsonuserbehaviorpatternsfromdata.

Collaboratecloselywithdevelopers,designers,andqualityassuranceonbuildingtherightproductbyexplainingspecifications,guidinguserexperience,reviewingdeliverables,andconveyinganexcitingvision.

WorkcloselywithEngineeringtoensuresolutionsareultimatelydeliveredinatimelymanner.
Createmeaningfulexperimentstotestouthypotheses,executethem,andsharefindingsalongwithrecommendedactions
SupportingCustomerSupport,SalesEnablement,andProductMarketinginthedevelopmentoffeaturedescriptionsandnewreleasecontent
Suggestproductenhancementstoimproveuserexperience
Performingvalidationtestingofproductionreleases,bugfixes,andfeaturerequests.

Requirements

3to5yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementisrequired.

Abilitytogainadeepunderstandingofcustomerexperience,identifyandfillproductgaps,andgeneratenewideasthatgrowmarketshare,improvecustomerexperience,anddrivegrowth

Knowledgeofdatabasesandagoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment

Comfortableworkinginatechnicalenvironment&canhandletechnicalconversationswithsoftwareengineersaswellasunderstandthe

experiencefromauser'sperspective

Comfortwithcreatinguserstories(orapplyingtheJTBDframework)andmanagingabacklogwithtoolslikeSlack,Jira,andAsana.
KnowledgeofAgileprojectmanagementmethodologieslikeSCRUMorKanban
PLUS:wireframingandprototypingexperienceusingamainstreamtoollikeFigma,Sketch,orotherequivalents
Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoempathizewithconsumers
ExcellentverbalcommunicationskillsinEnglishwithanabilitytomotivateteamsandactasaproductevangelist
